Mindfulness is a powerful practice that everyone should practice to feel happier and more satisfied. Although adults can easily practice a number of mindfulness methods, children find it challenging to practice mindfulness.
However, children naturally enter the state of mindfulness when they play and that is why you should encourage them to play. You should actually even force your children to play because children today don’t play as much as they played in the past.
