#25 – Thawing Cold Feet
If you expose your feet to cold can result in one serious injury called frostbite. Frostbite occurs when your skin and its underlying tissue become severely impacted by the cold. Frostbite injuries come in several stages. The first stage of a frostbite injury isn’t that serious but in that stage, you will need to begin thawing your feet.
If you don’t thaw your feet while entering the first stage of frostbite, your frostbite could get worse and make your feet die. That can only make your frostbite worse!
