Blueberries are literally the healthiest berries in the world. They are abundant in both soluble and insoluble fiber and in various other important nutrients.
Eating blueberries and especially drinking juice made out of them significantly reduces high blood sugar and lifts depression. Scientists believe that blueberries treat high blood sugar due to the high content of anthocyanins in them. Studies have also shown that eating blueberries will increase people’s sensitivity to insulin.
