If you are a diabetic or you are at risk of developing diabetes, you should consume apple cider vinegar on a regular basis because apple cider vinegar significantly improves insulin sensitivity and it lowers fasting blood sugar levels. Consuming apple cider vinegar regularly will also keep you full for a long time.
